Eric is the facilitator for the CAPP Cohort in Raleigh, NC.
Erin is a positive psychology based coach, facilitator, and yoga instructor who is passionate about supporting the growth and transformation of individuals and organizations.
Originally from North Carolina, Erin’s curiosity and passion for understanding how to support others in flourishing has taken her to India to study yogic philosophy, New York to train as a coach, and the United Kingdom to learn about the science of positive psychology.
Erin received her Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of East London, with her thesis research focusing on the relationship between coaching, transformational learning, and flourishing; she continues to be profoundly interested in understanding how actively engaging in personal growth influences wellbeing.
Erin is currently on faculty at The Flourishing Center and is co-facilitating the Certification in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) in Philadelphia, and is excited to launch the CAPP program in North Carolina beginning in March 2016.
