B3 14 Emotional Alchemy Order Form

The purpose of this course is to empower participants with the skills to navigate emotions and how to feel what they want to feel when they want to feel it. Building off previous sessions, participants learn to work with their emotions in real-time by identifying what they are feeling, where they are on the ladder, and then moving towards a better feeling thought. All of this supports the participant in growing their emotional intelligence, which focuses on noticing, naming and navigating emotions. Participants are exposed to Loving Kindness Meditation as an activity for increasing their positive emotion muscle and ability to induce positive emotions at will, while offering a host of wellbeing benefits. Participants leave with a real-time skill of shifting their emotional state.
