B3 Bundle (Spiritual Courses) Order Form

The purpose of this course is give participants practical skills for mastering their mind. Participants learn simplified approaches to redirecting their thoughts in real-time. Instead of getting stuck in thoughts of judgement, worry, or regret, participants learn to choose thoughts that 1) feel better, 2) are solution oriented and 3) help them show up in the world the way they want to. Additionally, mindfulness and meditation strategies are introduced as a pathway for mastering thoughts by increasing self-regulation and elongating the gap between stimulus and response. Putting these skills into practice, participants gain a sense of personal mastery. And, if/when adversity strikes, they have the skills necessary to make sure that their thoughts don’t weigh them down and that they can keep moving. The ability to keep moving is what enables us to bounce back.

The purpose of this course is to empower participants with the skills to navigate emotions and how to feel what they want to feel when they want to feel it. Building off previous sessions, participants learn to work with their emotions in real-time by identifying what they are feeling, where they are on the ladder, and then moving towards a better feeling thought. All of this supports the participant in growing their emotional intelligence, which focuses on noticing, naming and navigating emotions. Participants are exposed to Loving Kindness Meditation as an activity for increasing their positive emotion muscle and ability to induce positive emotions at will, while offering a host of wellbeing benefits. Participants leave with a real-time skill of shifting their emotional state.

The purpose of this course is to empower participants with knowing how to care for their body in maintaining resilience. Building on previous sessions which have taught participants to recognize the importance of physical activity and utilizing the body as a tool for creating mental shifts, this session incorporates specific exercises for maintaining physical resilience and mental/emotional agility. Participants learn basic kinesiology, body mechanics and somato-psychic principles. Physical resilience is defined as both the ability to maintain a body that is strong and supple, as well as the ability to use the body to create mental and emotional shifts on command. Participants leave with 21 exercises that can be used as quick interventions for countering the physical and emotional stresses of daily life. Knowing how to care for one’s body results in a heightened sense of self-trust and personal mastery.
