B3 Bundle (Physical Courses) Order Form

The purpose of this course is to give participants a basic overview of cognitive and behavioral skills that will empower them to reframe pessimistic thoughts/beliefs which will help them increase positive affect and take growth mindset actions.

The purpose of this course is to empower people with greater mastery over their emotions by identifying the relationship between thoughts and feelings. Participants learn a greater understanding of how and why human beings get triggered and how to work with those triggers within themselves and others.

The purpose of this course is to empower participants to use their breath as a resource, since the breath is the only autonomic nervous system function we have conscious control over and thus it as a tool that is always available to us. Participants are taught to understand the two branches of the autonomic nervous system and how they can impact their own physiology to create greater calm, focus and wellbeing. Through breathing basics and breath techniques, participants learn to quickly and easily experience greater vitality and self-regulation. Participants are offered a sense of greater mastery over their body and their health.
