Our next Better Than Before program runs April 13-May 13. In this session, you will learn all about your mind-body connection, how your physical health affects your mental health. Learn basic movements that affect your entire well-being to make you physically more resilient. And learn to use your body to hit the reset button on your mind.
Knowing how to care for your body results in a heightened sense of self-trust and personal mastery. These skills will prepare you to stay solution-focused and empower you to move through life challenges that come your way

We're not yet on the other side of the COVID Pandemic, but we're ready to roll up our sleeves and start rebuilding.
A few weeks into the pandemic, as cities began forced lockdown, I knew people's well-being was at stake.
Many people were working hard to keep up their self-care, but fear and anxiety was rising. Frustration from quarantine was brewing and depression was lurking around the corner. I knew that in order for people to come out on the other end of this, they would need resilience skills + daily support.
I posed the question, "What if we created a container for the uncertainty and committed to a 30 Day Challenge to becoming Better Than Before?"
