What inspired my final project
My need to process the contents of the CAPP program at my own pace – some of it needed my soul to come along which usually takes longer than my brain 😉 So I created for myself a review of the topics that resonated most with me and thought it might help others as well.
Bio
Petra Andres is an executive coach known for empowering leaders and teams to achieve new levels of performance and authenticity. With an MBA and early career experience managing global and strategic projects, combined with extensive coach training and expertise as a coach supervisor, she integrates a systemic approach and positive psychology to drive meaningful, sustainable change. Married with two adult sons and living between Florida and Berlin, Petra brings a dynamic, cross-cultural perspective to her work. She draws inspiration from Florida’s natural landscapes and thrives on the vibrant cultural offerings of city life.
