About Kay (CAPP.106)

Super Power

  • My smile and optimistic spirit.

The PP researcher I’d love have coffee with is

  • Martin Seligman, I’d ask him if he has ever discovered character strengths whilst dealing with weakness (unlikely situation) and how?

In 5 years, my positive psychology journey looks like

  • In five years I hope to be interviewing and sharing stories via podcast of everyday people who are discovering and applying their strengths in life and work. People who are making amazing discoveries of strength-based solutions and learning as they go. I believe there is much to learn and unearth about strength-based-solutions to life, and work.

What inspired my final project

  •  The purpose of this project is twofold. First, it serves my personal goal of mastering strength-based development by providing a structured approach to my growth. This framework helps me refine my expertise in strength knowledge and use. Second, it serves as a professional tool to better guide and support others. By providing a clear and relatable analogy, I can facilitate clients’ understanding and practical application of strengths development, promoting their overall growth and development.
