What if you could spend the next 30 days improving your wellbeing so that you be better than before the pandemic?
WHAT’S THE WORST PART OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC?
IT’S NOT THE DEATH RATES, THE ECONOMY CRASH, OR THE RATE OF SPREAD.
IT’S THE UNKNOWN!
I’m inviting you to join me and a group of like-minded and like-hearted people for a positive psychology approach to dealing with this crisis. Together, we will leverage the portions of our lives that we do have control over: our thoughts, feelings, and actions. I’ll guide you through the processes and practices that will support you EVERY DAY in getting through, what might be, one of the hardest things you’ve ever dealt with.
I will guide you through a series of activities to focus you for the day. Each meeting will have a combination of reflective writing, conversations with people in breakout groups, visualization, mindfulness, movement, and play! (That’s right, remember play? It’s an integral part of making it through times like these!)
20 HOURS OF LIVE CLASS
DAILY optional Zoom classes for 4 weeks starting Sept 14th, 2020 led by me from 11am -12pm EST (*Excluding Saturdays & Sundays)
