About Jill (CAPP.110)
Super Power
- My lived experience of anxiety, panic and burnout.
The PP researcher I’d love have coffee with is
- He’s not exactly a PP Researcher, but I would love to ask Reid Hoffmann and ask “What is the future of scaling well-being across humanity at speed through digital transformation, artificial intelligence & machine learning?”
In 5 years, my positive psychology journey looks like
- In 5 years I hope to continue to manifest my values of advocacy, service, and growth everyday.
What inspired my final project
- My Final Project is a Well-being Skills Assessment Tool. It adopts a view that a person can induce and sustain well-being through skills that can be measured, learned, and automated through habits.
- I was inspired to create this tool from my own learning journey as a CAPP student. As I went through the program, I wanted to find a way to objectively measure if I’m applying the Positive Psychology concepts I’ve learned in class and understand whether I’m improving my PERMA-V Pathways. At the same time, I was delivering Positive Psychology skills training to employees. I wanted to build a powerful story about the impact of the learning intervention and build a business case for future investment.
