Event Details

We invite CAPPsters to present their projects with the community.

Jennifer Hughes (CAPP.61, Washington, DC) works as a leadership coach and facilitator. She brings passion, integrity, perspective, and honesty to her work. She is adept at listening deeply to grasp what leaders are saying and not saying in pursuit of helping individuals tap into their potential. Jennifer pursues her own happiness project by refusing to let her first question be, “What is wrong?” and instead asking, “What is right?” Jennifer is a happily married mother of two boys and enjoys traveling, reading, and great conversations. Her passion for equality and fairness is evident in her volunteer efforts. She works at CEEK LLC, an organizational wellness company.

What inspired her final project: “My current motto is to create what you desire. This workbook was born out of the desire to strengthen my family connections. No matter what training, workshop, or conference I attend or what book I read, I always search for how to integrate what I learn into my family.
Fortunately for me, my family has grown accustomed to this and humors me along the way. Some things stick and some things don’t, and that’s ok. The things that stick have made us more connected, stronger and closer. This workbook takes the approach of focusing on what is right versus what is wrong within the family.”

Access to this webinar is available only for CAPP students and alumni.
