What inspired my final project

When completing  my certification in applied positive psychology, (CAPP) from the Flourishing Center, I noticed several exercises that I believed would help couples to see and build a stronger marriage. I love focusing on strengths and have created some unique ways to use them in Marriage Fitness Training.

Katrina Goff is a CAPP.24 graduate. In addition to CAPP, she completed the Bounce Back Better Resilience Trainer Certification (B3).   Katrina is the creator of Marriage Fitness Training: What’s STRONG with Your Marriage?
