What inspired my final project

The biggest misunderstanding we have about ourselves is that we are either born with a certain talent or not. The narrative we create in our minds about our capabilities can either propel us forward or hold us back. The messages we receive from influential figures in our lives, whether positive or negative, become the seeds from which our beliefs about ourselves sprout. Yet, perhaps most influential is the ongoing dialogue we have with ourselves—the self-talk that either encourages us to persevere in the face of challenges or convinces us that we’re inherently limited. I wanted to dive deeper into how influential  feedback we receive contributes to our growth mindset.
