There are lots of ways of learning positive psychology. We offer webinars, workshops or full certification programs. Join us for this unique way of learning which is listening to a diverse group of people that are sharing their experience, their secrets, and their wisdom. Collectively, we learn from each other and get inspired by people that are living the science.

Our panelists will share the unique obstacles that teens face today and how they put Positive Psychology research science into action. Learn what supports them as parents and what they offer their children to help them build their happiness, well-being, and resilience. Join us live or catch the recording. When you register, feel free to add a question that you would like our panelists to answer. Over the course of the one-hour panel, we will do our best to get through as many questions as possible.

Check out recordings of our past P5s on everything from Flourishing in Fatherhood to How Therapists Use Positive Psychology.
