Let’s laugh even though there’s NOTHING funny about what our world is facing. Let’s laugh because laughter feels good and boosts the immune system.

Let’s laugh because laughter is the ONLY language that EVERY PERSON SPEAKS. And if there is anything that we all need today, it’s for all humans on our planet to come together.

Friday, March 20th is International Happiness Day (IHD) and we know these are difficult times to be happy.

In this 1 hour interactive online experience we will do:

– Laughter yoga exercises for joy and immunity.

– Improv activities for agility and practice navigating uncertainty with grace.

– Positive interventions for leveraging resourcefulness and savoring the good.
