We’ll walk you through a step by step process teaching you each of the core skills:
1) Working with Worry – Fear and worries can be debilitating. Learn to extinguish “what ifs” and self doubts.
2) Emotional Intelligence – There’s a relationship between thoughts and emotions. Learn to reframe your thoughts and control how you feel.
3) Breathing for Regulation – Learn to use your breath to change how you feel in real-time
4) Meaning & Purpose – Use your “why” to get through any “how” and connect with greater meaning for yourself, others, and the world around you.
