Throughout this 6-day, 5-night retreat, you’ll explore 16 core resilience skills (details below of each skill and session), diving into mental, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual mastery proven to fortify mental toughness, emotional agility, grit, and anti-fragility. It’s a systematic training, weaving through four levels of mastery from Scholar to Jedi, packing your suitcase with skills to navigate from traumatic experiences to daily triggers with personal mastery.

About Emiliya

Emiliya isn’t just any guide for your week long journey; she’s a living testament to resilience. About Emiliya Zhivotovskaya

Emiliya Zhivotovskaya is the chief executive officer and founder of The Flourishing Center and the Center for Positive Education, both of which are dedicated to increasing the flourishing of the world. For more than 15 years, she has trained thousands of certified practitioners in positive psychology, coaching, resilience training, consulting, and more. She is the creator of the Bounce Back Better® (B³) Resilience Training System, and has certified over 300 Resilience Trainers licensing the B³ System to train others in resilience skills.

Emiliya enables people to turn their passion for helping others into a lucrative and powerful career that actualizes their calling. Emiliya holds a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in positive psychology and is pursuing her doctoral degree in Mind-Body Medicine from Saybrook University.

Emiliya holds a Master Certified Coach (MCC™) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), as well as certifications in modalities ranging from coaching to yoga, Reiki, intenSati, Thai massage, biofeedback, motivational interviewing, and more.
