What inspired my final project

I didn’t just want to focus on WHAT I wanted to do with my positive psychology training but more so on HOW I wanted to bring it to the world.  With my experience in hotel recreation and creating engaging activities for guests of all ages, I knew that presenting positive psychology through the lens of edutainment – playful yet inspiring hands-on activities – was my unique and most authentic means of delivering and inspiring my audience to begin living north of neutral.
