Ever have the experience that you know you have so much to be grateful for, but you just don’t feel it? Why do gratitude journals seem to transform some people’s lives, but land flat for others? What’s the evolutionary function of gratitude? Why do we feel it in the first place?
Take a deep dive in the what, why and how of gratitude. Uncover what research shows are its benefits and the best ways to leverage what scientists have learned about gratitude to enhance your happiness and well-being.
Do you love building things as much as we do? We call this experience a “Play-shop” for a reason. I bet you do plenty of “work” on a day-to-day basis. Join us for an evening where science meets play, with close to a dozen hands on craft activities that bring gratitude to life.
We combine “lecture” where we teach you the science, with hands on application. Not only will you leave buzzing with gratitude, you’ll have ideas to spice up your family’s Thanksgiving so that it’s not yet another year of over-eating paired with boring ‘ol conversations.
