What I do:Through Humblebee, I offer capacity building, expansion, and program development services. I enjoy supporting leaders and teams with a vision – or even a hint at what else is possible – in taking the next step toward a bigger, better, badder, radder, brighter tomorrow. Sometimes, I play the role of meeting designer and facilitator. Other times, I am in full implementation mode. At all times, I co-design my support role with my clients.
Who I do it for:I work mainly with mission-driven organizations (non-profits) and companies.
Who I work with best:Employees
My StoryI've been building, improving, and connecting mission-driven people and organizations for as long as I can remember. I spent my early professional years in women’s and public health and was drawn to CAPP out of a desire to help the helpers – the health and social services professionals with whom I worked and who I saw experiencing tremendous burnout. As the first-ever Business Integration Manager at Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC), I led change initiatives across 200+ community-facing programs and 2,000+ employees with the aim of more effectively wrapping services around each unique client. I hold a master's in organization development and leadership from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a bachelor's in anthropology from Tufts University. I serve on the Board of Directors of the South Philly Food Co-op, a start-up community-owned grocery store in the neighborhood I am proud to call home. An improv school graduate, I believe that play can be transformative.
I am fluent in the following languages: Spanish
