In addition to being a Chabad Shluch/Rebbitzen, Raizel received her certification in Positive Psychology-the science to becoming happier- from the Flourishing Center CAPP Program in November, 2019. Who I do it for:Is Positive Psychology Coaching a fit for me?
Do any of the following describe you?
PERSONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT FOR ADULTS AND TEENS
I am looking to find more happiness and fulfillment in my life
I want to be able to be able to live in the moment joyfully, (and not constantly looking for the next “fun” thing to keep me going)
I find that I am distracting myself with movies or other distracting things to hide my feelings of unhappiness or worry
I want to live without worrying excessively about small or large things
I want to live more “in the present” and not worry about the future (how will I support my family after I finish the system)
I need guidance, creating realistic goals to succeed with weight issues/anger issues/self care, etc.
I want to learn tools to live for myself rather than doing things for other people’s approval. I no longer want to think excessively about what others think or say about me
I want to build my self-efficacy & my self-confidence-
Who I work with best:Young adults (18-35), Adults, Retirees (65+)
