The Science of Positive Psychology
We are committed to advancing the science and application of positive psychology. We do this through “re-search”, “me-search” and “we-search.” Our programs are entirely grounded in the science of happiness and well-being. We test the science, empower our students to apply it to their own life and then share it with others.
The Flourishing Center’s Researcher Coordinator scours the field for new studies published in the past 90 days and summarizes them in our CEPP Program which is open to anyone that wants to stay current on positive psychology research without losing time and energy trying to find it all on their own.
Students in our Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) Program get track and measure their own wellbeing before and after the program.
We integrate research measures into our Resilience Training Programs and can customize research for you and your organization as part of our program.
