Jamie is an executive coach and consultant. She is also CEO of Positive Performance Partners, a coaching and education firm dedicated to enhancing the potential and wellbeing of individuals and teams using evidence-based approaches. With over 20 years of experience in management consulting, human resources and corporate wellness, Jamie integrates her skills, knowledge and global mindset to help others leverage their strengths, face challenges, embrace change, and optimize their performance to reach their goals. She was previously Senior Vice President of Rewards & People Services at Sony Pictures Entertainment, where she managed employee benefits, compensation, HR operations, technology and analytics globally. Prior to Sony, she was Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where she established and led the firm’s employee wellness program for the Asia Pacific region. Jamie began her career as a strategic and operational consultant in Hong Kong, Japan, U.S. and U.K. She also pursued start-up opportunities in Hong Kong, developing a luxury health club company.

My morning routine varies, but I normally don’t start the day without a hot cup of milk tea or coffee.
A Little Known Fact About Me…
- Once upon a time, I taught Pilates in Hong Kong and Japan. Although I don’t actively teach nowadays, I still keep up with my certification.
- I am a strong advocate of supporting youth in their development, and recently co-founded (with two other MAPP friends) Positive Sports Education, a non-profit focused on using Positive Psychology to foster the well-being of youth through sports.
