The Group & Team Coaching (GTC) Certification Program is ideal for coaches who are passionate about their practice and ready to take it to the next level. Bring your expertise to groups and teams to help your clients experience new ways to thrive together.

This 10-week program is a perfect complement to the Applied Positive Psychology Coaching (APPC) Certification Program. APPC is a prerequisite for GTC and provides the foundation for participants to learn a new set of skills and apply them in a dynamic new format.

Learn how to structure and conduct coaching sessions for up to 8 people at one time
Facilitate effective meetings that simultaneously balance the needs of each individual and the entire group
Discover proven techniques to create meaningful connections between members of a group
Hone listening skills to accurately and gracefully facilitate group communication
Transform individual connections into powerful relationships across the collective group
Gain the expertise to expand your business to serve a larger and more diverse audience
