Group Mentor Coaching Program (GMC)
For coaches that have their education hours and are looking for 10 hours of mentor coaching so they can get credentialed, or for coaches looking to renew their credentials, we have 2 options for how to get your hours.
Option 1: Three (3) hours of one-on-one mentor coaching with Emiliya Zhivotovskaya, an MCC coach and creator of the Applied Positive Psychology Coaching Program. (Cost: $1,050 USD)
Option 2: Seven (7) hours of group-mentor coaching with a small group conducted over 7 weeks. (Cost: $900 USD Details below)
Option 3: Ten (10) total hours comprised of one-on-one and group mentoring (Cost: $1,800 USD)
The GMC Program is a 7 week, 7 hour mentor program that gives people who are coaches looking for an opportunity to deepen their coaching skills and to get their accreditation with the International Coaching Federation.
Students receive mentor coaching in a small group dynamic (limited to 7 students at a time) where they get the benefits of learning not just from a master certified coach, but also from others in the program through practice and demos.
This program is open to any coach that has been through a coaching certification program. (Most people that go through the program are CAPP graduates, however it is open to anybody).
- Each week there is one coach in the "hot seat".
- In preparation for their hot seat the coach would record a coaching session with a client, with their authorization.
- The coach is then responsible for manually transcribing the session.
- They then distribute the transcription and recording to the group so that each member of the group can listen to the session.
- The Master coach will offer written feedback on the session and an evaluation form on the session.
- Then the group discusses and debriefs about the session giving the hot seat coach the opportunity to learn and capitalize on what they have done well and identify opportunities for growth in the future in a fun, supportive, and nurturing environment.

The next available GMC program will be held on 7 Tuesdays, starting 5/13/2025. There are 2 time slots to choose from.
