Online – Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) This is a 9-month program. It meets two days per week for 36 weeks and is open to students throughout the US and Internationally, with 2-time slots to choose from. |

Applied Positive Psychology Coaching Certification (APPC) A 5-month (175-hour) program that trains graduates of the CAPP program to become positive psychology based coaches. |

Bounce Back Better® (B³®) Resilience Trainer Certification A 5-session (45-hour) certification program that trains CAPP graduates to become B³® Resilience Trainers utilizing our Bounce Back Better³® System. |

Group & Team Coaching Group coaching is a powerful way of scaling one’s coaching practice and enabling more people to access the coaching process. Learn to run coaching sessions with 3-8 participants at one time in a dynamic, free-flowing, and powerful format. This 10-week practicum is facilitated by Emiliya Zhivotovskaya. |

Bounce Back Better® System The Bounce Back Better® System is the world’s first comprehensive resilience training program that focuses on the essential mental, emotional, physical and spiritual/social skills that enable people to be more effective and adaptable in the world. The B3 self-study courses can be taken standalone or consecutively. They progressively build on top of one another through four levels of competence which we call Scholar, Ninja, Maven, Jedi Master.
