Professional Experience:
Natalya is a professional leadership and executive coach working with leaders across public and federal sectors. In addition to facilitating CAPP, Natalya previously led the Coaching and Mentoring Practice for a federally-focused consulting firm in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area, and was an Assistant Instructor for the Master of Applied Positive Psychology program at the University of Pennsylvania.
My Story:
Natalya’s path to coaching and professional development training and delivery began behind the scenes—supporting international workers in transition between their global posts. Though her work was vital, it was through the encouragement of early-career mentors that she realized she was craving something more direct, more human: the chance to have a meaningful impact in real time.
While working two jobs, Natalya pursued coach certification and ultimately launched her own practice. Since then, she’s supported hundreds of leaders—many navigating professional transitions, moments of self-doubt, or the complex balancing act of work and life. She’s especially attuned to the needs of new or aspiring parents, and often serves as a trusted sounding board in periods of personal reinvention.
In addition to one-on-one coaching, Natalya is an experienced facilitator and trainer, known for leading engaging, actionable sessions on leadership and well-being. Whether guiding a small group or delivering workshops across organizations, she creates space for reflection, growth, and meaningful connection—often helping participants unlock what they didn’t know they needed.
Natalya brings over 2,000 hours of coaching experience, advanced training in feedback and assessment tools, and a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. But what her clients tend to mention most is how natural it feels to talk with her. She has a gift for reflecting insights back with clarity and compassion, helping people unlock awareness and take confident next steps without the weight of jargon or pretense.
As a parent herself, Natalya believes deeply in honoring both ambition and well-being. Her work is rooted in the belief that people become more effective not by doing more, but by becoming more whole. She helps her clients focus on what matters most—so they can lead with intention, and live with it, too.

Morning Ritual:
Drink a glass of water, take vitamins, go outside to savor nature, pray out loud while outside, (very) quick workout, quick 5-minute house pick up, make a cup of tea, make family lunches, get dressed for the day, make family breakfast and eat (ideally together), kiss each family member goodbye, begin work.
