Morning Ritual:
I start my mornings with a 30-minute meditation, followed by 45 minutes of journaling (morning pages from The Artist’s Way). I exercise in the mornings, engage in a gratitude practice, and spend time intentionally mapping out my day. My phone and laptop are off for at least the first two hours of every morning. It’s so important to me to spend that time offline, to connect more deeply with myself, and with the energy I want to bring into my day.
A Little Known Fact About Me:
I love writing poetry, and I spent a summer studying poetry at NYU. I’m currently working on my debut album as a singer-songwriter, to be released in 2027.
