In APPC, students are trained at a master level in a highly-engaging and supportive learning environment. The program’s structured framework dedicates dozens of hours to active coaching practice, including 30 hours of peer-based practicum, for you to perfect basic coaching principles and techniques and masterfully support your clients in achieving their goals. This is a comprehensive 175-hour program that combines the 80 hours of coaching fundamentals learned in CAPP with 95 hours of new coaching training. Like CAPP, APPC training is grounded in the science of positive psychology and taught for immediate application with your new and existing coaching clients.
The APPC program is an approved Level 2 (also known as Accredited Coaching Training Program-ACTP) program through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

SPRING 2026 - 2 Cohorts to choose from
There are 2 cohorts beginning in May 2026. APPC.24 (12pm EST) and APPC.23 (6:30pm EST). Both cohorts meet on Mondays and Wednesdays for 90-minutes each class and are taught by Emiliya Zhivotovskaya.
