NOTE: THIS PROGRAM IS ONLY OPEN TO CURRENT STUDENTS OF THE FLOURISHING CENTER'S CAPP PROGRAM OR GRADUATES.

In APPC, students are trained at a master level in a highly-engaging and supportive learning environment. The program’s structured framework dedicates dozens of hours to active coaching practice, including 30 hours of peer-based practicum, for you to perfect basic coaching principles and techniques and masterfully support your clients in achieving their goals. This is a comprehensive 175-hour program that combines the 80 hours of coaching fundamentals learned in CAPP with 95 hours of new coaching training. Like CAPP, APPC training is grounded in the science of positive psychology and taught for immediate application with your new and existing coaching clients.

The APPC program is an approved Accredited Coaching Training Program (ACTP) program through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
