Julie Graham is a CAPP.3 graduate out of New York City, so full of zest and vitality. She exudes hints of Beyonce and Julie Andrews. Known as “Your Fare Lady,” Julie works on bringing wellness to the world by being wellness in the world.
Aside from her Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP), Julie has a BA in Psychology, is a certified yoga instructor (500 hours!) and holds a health coach credential from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Along with her husband, Integrative doctor Robert Graham, MD, MPH, FACP, ABIHM, they have created “Fare Wellness: Get with pro-Graham.” Dr. Graham is the Director of Integrative Health and Wellness at Northshore LIJ Health System in New York and Julie builds out programming for staff and patients, including the “Lenox CHill” initiative—a yoga and meditation program and “Victory Greens” an organic, urban rooftop farm housed at Lenox Hill Hospital.
As part of her final project, Julie introduced the awesome hashtag #positivelypsyched to us and created an Instagram page of her learning titled, “The ABC’s of Positive Psychology.” As you can see, creativity is one of her top strengths. You can check it out here or secure a copy of her forthcoming book!
Says Julie Graham:
“One of the greatest investments of my time and energy was being part of the CAPP 3 ‘tribe.’ Besides learning the tools based on the research in Positive Psychology, or what I like to call it, ‘Life School,’ I am so grateful to the facilitators who continue to work so diligently and passionately to spread the ‘positive’ vibes around. Thanks to them, I had the opportunity to learn more about this incredible growing field and made quality connections that will last a lifetime.”
We’re #positivelypsyched for you in our CAPP world, Julie! You add so much vibrancy, love and language — and well, “words create worlds.”
