A graduate of Penn’s Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) program, she infuses critical thinking, well-being, and human flourishing into K-12 curricula so students thrive both academically and emotionally.
Tracy’s mission is clear: educate the whole child. Whether she’s mentoring teachers, redesigning lesson plans, or leading district-wide trainings, she turns research on character strengths, resilience, and social-emotional growth into practical strategies that stick. Colleagues praise her for transforming ordinary classrooms into vibrant, caring communities where students “feel good, function well, and do good.”
Passionate about equipping the next generation with skills for lifelong flourishing, Tracy lives the principles she teaches.

My Story:
One of my strongest beliefs is in the power of life-long learning. As a educator, I believe that everyone has the right to the same high level of access to learning and books. My goal is to incorporate positive psychology into literacy instruction with middle school students, and to share the science of flourishing with the larger community.
