In this episode, Emiliya Zhivotovskaya CEO & Founder of The Flourishing Center speaks with Shelley Tupper, a Certified Professional Coach and Practitioner of Positive Psychology. She is a trained Mastermind and Resilience Training Facilitator. Her leadership coaching experience began with her first course in public speaking and her professional development with Dale Carnegie, and she spent over 15 years supporting executives.
We all need support at one time or another
Think about a time you needed advice, a sounding board, a bit of guidance. Seeking perspective, you consulted your inner circle – your partner, family member, friend, colleague, or boss. We have all needed this person at one time or another – a personal champion, advisor, or advocate.
For years Shelley worked with executives and individuals who were yearning for support. Sometimes they got it from their inner circle, but often they wanted an ‘outside’ ear, an objective sounding board. The more she listened, the more she began reimagining her own role as a coach and she thought about how she could better support those coming to her for guidance.
Shelley’s aim is to give individuals the tools to help them to become the best version of themselves. Some questions she addresses are; What ignites and inspires you? How do you see your future self?
It’s never too late to re-imagine and re-invent your future
If you’ve come to a crossroads, a middle road, or can’t see the road, Positive Psychology, coaching and resilience training can help guide you to your better future self. Listen in to discover how Shelley Tupper integrates Positive Psychology into her career. She offers workshops, coaching, masterminds, resilience training, and podcast called Shellcast.
