Welcome! I hope you enjoy this review of our most recent Flourishing Center Holiday Party in New York City! I hope this gives you ideas on how you can integrate research based interventions into your next gathering to fill everyone with wellbeing and good cheer.

I describe myself as a “pra-cademic-prenuer the curates edu-tain-ial experiences”. First and foremost, I’m a practitioner, I work with individuals as a coach, I am a speaker and a consultant putting the interventions into practice. Secondly, I’m an academic and researcher at heart. I hold a master’s degree in positive psychology and getting my PhD in Mind-body Medicine. And, thirdly, I’m an entrepreneur that has been in business for over a decade. I’m passionate about business and supporting people in turning their passions into thriving careers. Prior to creating The Flourishing Center in 2008, I was a professional entertainer. I fuse my passion for experience curation by creating learning experiences for people that are 1) educational, 2) entertaining and 3) get people socializing.

The Annual Flourishing Center holiday party is one such event that with the help of my amazing team, we curate every year.

We’ve had lots of people ask us about the activities so I’ve finally put together a little tutorial on this years activities – we had 17 stations!
