About Maria Ines Gomez (CAPP.112)

Super Power
My superpower is kindness and my ability to genuinely connect with people. I can create a space where others feel seen, safe, and supported, which helps build trust quickly and brings out the best in individuals and teams.
3 things still left on my bucket list
-
Consolidate my boutique consulting business in a way that feels authentic and values-driven.
-
Say yes to new challenges that help me grow—personally and professionally.
-
Build a life with real balance: love, family, well-being, and a career I’m proud of.
Where I’ll be on my Positive Psychology journey in 5 years
In five years, I hope to be fully established as a boutique positive psychology based consultant and coach, working with organizations I truly align with. I want my programs and tools to have clear, measurable impact on leadership, culture, and well-being and to be known for bringing both humanity and results. Personally, I also hope to have a life that feels balanced and grounded, love, family, and a professional path that keeps challenging and inspiring me.
What inspired my final project
My final project was inspired by a personal and professional turning point: after leaving an executive HR role through a process that lacked humanity, I saw how many leaders and professionals feel overwhelmed, undervalued, or disposable. It became clear to me that traditional leadership approaches aren’t enough anymore, they can limit outcomes and erode engagement and well-being.
Bio
For over 20 years, I’ve supported leaders, teams, and organizations as they navigate change, grow with purpose, and build cultures where people can truly be and feel well. I’ve been on the inside. I’ve led teams in complex environments. I know what it takes to hold a strategy without losing sight of people. Today, I support those who want to lead with impact those who know that leadership isn’t just a role, but a way of being, and that a healthy culture doesn’t happen by accident: it’s built.
